Urban Window Cleaning

Been a customer of Urban Window Cleaning for several years now. Had regular domestic window cleans without issue. Last month, received a message advising CJ would come to clean the windows as usual - he did not arrive. Messaged twice to follow up, advised they were arranging to come - again a no show. Eventually after a month I messaged to cancel and was told no domestic cleans were done in September as they prioritise commercial contracts! Still not sure why I received so many messages advising they were coming or were looking to rearrange. Message on FB essentially says they are glad to lose me as a customer as they don't usually do domestic cleaning. I feel embarrassed and let down. Service: Window washing

He said he will be on saturday to do the quote. He did not arrive. After my call he said he will be on Sunday. He offer me a price I was happy he said he will be Monday or Tuesday. On monday I received the message that he will be Tuesday. I left the garden opened. Unfortunately he did not come on tuesday. He send me a massage he will be at 9o clock on Wednesday. On wednesday 8 oclock he cleaned only window from front and sent me a message that he has no time Do not waste time for this company.

Done an amazing job on my house wouldnt use anyone else now after such a high standard set! Lovely guy with amazing customer service :) very pleased with this company
