The person who said they got back to then is very lucky We had an email to say there was items out of stock, we asked for a refund on email we have emailed a number of times and called no one has answered our emails or picked up the phone In this day and age its surprising they can afford to treat customers like this the first and last time we order with them. I wouldnt give them any stars but you have to give 1 star because you cant post if you dont. British Souvenirs

I have just placed my third order with them and the thing that i like with them is that they take the time to call and inform you what is out of stock which gives you the opportunity to decide if you want to order alternatives. Most other wholesalers just send the invoice and do not let you know. I see people have complained about items being out of stock but i would imagine that it is difficult to keep levels on the huge range that they offer, i would much rather a few bits being out of stock from time to time than not have the huge choice. In my opinion they are a great company and extremely professional and i love their items, I wish that i could stock more, I am looking forward to receiving my order on Friday! Thanks guys

Absolutely great customer service, will notify you immediately if a product is out of stock. Delivery was so quick I had to change the delivery date for the follow day as I wasnt expecting next day delivery
