        I purchased sterling silver clasps from this company that looked identical to the ones I was already using. They were slightly cheaper, had plenty of stock and in the UK. After years of selling my items and having very few returns, these clasps are breaking and I have already had around 25% returned to be replaced. Contacted T H Findings who eventually replied to inform me that 30 days have expired and they will neither replace or refund. Its been an expensive lesson. BEWARE!
