        Poor customer service, grumpy man (Saab) would not allow a refund for a faulty item (spot lights). Not the cheapest either, Id save your money and go elsewhere. Shop is outdated too. Some fake reviews on here too left by family members, see Jugdip Nandras post. Crooks! Stay away.

        You advertised 7am opening and customer drove miles has been outside your shop calling landline for over 15 times. Finally the customer gave up at 7.45am and drove home. Waste of time. You need to publish your opening hours and not open when you feel like it.

        Ordered some Saxby lighting for my new build. Saab was able to explain what I needed to allow dimmers to be used and talked to me about recessed anti glare lighting. Service and technical know how was second to none. Got black bezzel for my cinema room and white for the remainder of the house. Its amazing how the right lighting can change the look. Thank you Saab.
