Shamas Banqueting

We recently hired the Shamas Banqueting to host our annual Spirit of Birmingham Awards ceremony. The venue was excellent food was of good quality, staff were attentive and helpful and the ample parking facilities were a bonus. We have also received a large number of very positive comments from our guests. We would certainly consider using the Shamas hall again and thank Wasi and her staff for ensuring that our event ran smoothly.

Attended a wedding last week at shamas, The whole event was very well planned and directed. The decor and use of space was excellent. Great Punjabi style food and very good service from all the staff. Specially wasi was very helpful, all worked very hard and were very friendly. Prayer mats were available for prayer which was great. Facilities were clean too. Overall lovely wedding.

Best venue ever honestly they were very punctual the service was greattttt couldnt have asked for anything better honestly so glad I done my event there and the staff were soooo friendly they were there ready to help when you need them and the decorations were spot on and the foodddd omg delicioussssss Go anyone that has an event coming I do recommend this venue 100% you wont regret it at alll

We hosted our family wedding at the Shamas and the entire experience was brilliant. Wasi and her colleagues delivered excellent service; the venue was clean and beautifully decorated, the food was incredible, service staff were polite and helpful and the small touches (prayer mats, areas for photos, access to mic, support with music etc.) were brilliant. I'd happily have my second son's wedding here as well! highly recommended! - Well done shamas
