Creative Moments

We used this business for our wedding and they have demonstrated themselves to completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Much of what can be said will no doubt be contested by the owner of this business, including that arrangements were made to meet the bride at home to take photographs of her, kids and maid of honour getting in the ceremonial car (itemised as 'bride prep' on the invoice), but the photographer didn't arrive and instead went straight to the registry office. The photographer promised a video in leu of this (messages on Whatsapp confirming this but since denied....I suspect they didn't even do this). Part of the agreement was food for the photographer (1 x meal per day on the invoice), fair enough, but another person was added to the list without consultation. In my opinion, the quality of the photographs were poor, with little sign of 'full editing' as also presented on the invoice. Having asked several times for the video there have been different excuses including a request to come and collect it ourselves, promise to have it by the weekend etc. Now as we look to recover it legally threats of civil action against us both if we make comments on social media, which should give a bit of an indication as to the sort of company this is and perhaps why the last review posted here was a year ago. When you pay for a service you are free to comment on it, and if you want good comments provide a good service. I would definitely not recommend this company.

We booked Nav for our wedding Videography on the 13th May 2019. Not only are his packages exceptionally priced the way he preps before shooting the video is amazing. He ensured all of our queries were answered and even gave us some video ideas for our wedding that we hadn't thought of. Nav is a very friendly and reassuring person. He made us feel at ease and blended into the crowd very well, we didn't realise he was there sometimes. After the big day again Nav made sure that we were 100% happy with the finished product. He really couldn't of helped us any more!! Thank you Nav for a great wedding video that we now have for the rest of our lives. Definitely recommend Nav to do your wedding videography!!

Nav created the most stunning video for our wedding. The name of his business really suits - he came up with such unique and creative ideas based on the lovely setting of our wedding. I cried all the way through - it completely captured our day in a way I could never have imagined. Definitely recommend!

Booked through creative moments for my wedding and got a bespoke package that was within my budget. Pictures and video was beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Quite impressed with how quickly nav was able to edit the whole thing. Defiantly recommended
