I must say that me and my family we have been very impressed with the team work and costumes service that we have received at Volvo at Paul Rigby in Birmingham Erdington really really great team throughout, thanks to Grant Riggon and Ian that he has helped us and guided us to get the right car which we all love as a family. Hi, just a quick message to all at Paul Rigby for our great experience, purchasing our new XC40. All staff encountered were unfailingly kind and helpful but special mentions are merited for: Mo who handled all our queries and the car handover - nothing was too much trouble for him, and displayed warmth, professionalism and knowledge about the product at all times. For Kieran who patiently explained all of the car's function to a couple of old/dimwitted technophobes and again was kindness personified.
