1 star for The people at reception: they (she) are not very friendly and misinformed. I called them for neutering my kitten under the cats protection scheme. I was told, despite the campaign said that the scheme is available also for low income people and I told the receptionist so, that they would accept only people under benefits, and that this would be the same for the other Manor vets in Lordswood. However, when I called the vets in Lordswood, they said they would accept also low income people. Also, the Manor vets ask around 80 pounds for neutering outside the campaing, while Lordswood vets seem to ask around 35 pounds. That's weird, considering they are two branches of the same company...
