Great work, worthy of any donation, my kitten would be without medical care if not for these people, the animals benefit from them enormously not the owner , well we do a bit ie financially .

Amazing vet up until this point. I always paid for my dogs medication even though i qualify to not pay or give small donations towards the cost. But lately they have really gone down hill with prescription orders. Right now my dog is suffering with ear irritation due to an old infection and allergies that come with his breed. I have made 2 submissions to come collect his medication and 5 days later still have had no email saying that i can come collect them. I did this before the bank holiday was due and would normally get an email withing 1-2 days to collect. Still nothing! i refuse to pay over 120 at my local vet as they charge for consultation just for pointing out the obvious. I refuse to have them delivered as that can take a week in itself compared to 1-2 days and collecting them myself. I can not order them in early as i get questioned that i am too early and is refused at the desk. You need to allow people to pre-order meds without question to avoid huge waiting times and animal suffering.
