Thrifty were the recommended van hire company when my husband's van was in a no fault collision. Having competed the pre hire check list, when it came to returning the van they insisted there was further damage even though this was already included in the pre hire check list. They took 50 from the account without any notification. When challenging this with Thrifty they were adamant they were at liberty to do this even though the damage was already there when the van was delivered. We were told to go back to the insurance company which we did. Within a week Thrifty had refunded the 50.

Excellent Service, have used them a few times and booked to use them more over the coming months. The guys are very friendly and we're flexible when it came to collection. I had booked for home drop off and collect but was working on the collection day, the team were very accommodating and understanding. Would highly recommend them especially as the quality of the cars are to a very high standard.
