2nd time visiting this branch. Friendly and helpful staff, even when I arrived minutes to closing time, on a weekend (wish I got his name), remained pleasant and helpful.

Being one of the most sought car hire in the UK, i believe the employees should blame less on logistics and technology. I understand 2-3 days advanced booking is advised, but in some cases like ours we had to book about 9 hours prior to the pickup only to see that our booking wasn't considered at the center because there was no car. There are many centers in the Birmingham, yet they couldn't manage to arrange a car for us while on the website it was still showing that car is available.
