Do NOT go here! I bought a Tiguan from here and within a few days the engine had issues, tyre pressures were wrong, then the gear box was faulty! Evidently they did not check the engine properly and not even small things like tyre pressures! It was very stressful having to deal with it all. I was 5 months pregnant with a toddler on the motorway when the car started jerking forward and it scared me so much! Even on day 1 of getting the car, (in the car park after finalising paperwork) the engine oil light came on. Was embarrassing on them as I had to tell them to sort that before I drove it home. It was a total nightmare and such a shame. Caused me so much stress as I kept going back and forth from work and it also ended up happening on a bank holiday (New Years) and ruined our time. Spent it having to resort to a rental car and getting them to collect the vehicle due to its issues. I had to beg for my car that I part exchanged back- they told me I was lucky my old car was still in the lot. When asking them what they can do for me as an apology- they said theres nothing else they can offer me and basically said the car should usually be checked before getting into the showroom- When it obviously wasnt and that obviously does not help me to know that!
