        The team at Lexus Birmingham are wonderful Polite, helpful etc My concern or GRIPE is with the LEXUS company Purchased a brand new NZ350 2 months ago This car was ordered 14 months ago. Yet on taking delivery which was smooth and very professional , the staff had to confess that they could only give me one set of keys!! Im waiting 2 months, abd its highly inconevenient. I am a doctor and recently misplaced my key. I was in a hurry and ofcourse did not a spare to use. My friends have had new cars from other car makes and no such excuses have been given Sadly disappointed with the Lexus Company . Love the car though..

        What a great experience, after having terrible experiences previously this was the exact opposite James, was an absolute pleasure from the initial phonecall to the actual test drive....Great experience all round

        My wife visited this dealer, and she had very pleasant experience. Her RX450H front number plate came off due to aging problem. James explained this , brought the car in, and fixed the plate back in no time, big thanks to James, as well as the rest of staff team here in Lexus Birmingham.
