This place should be called Carstomer service. Harry is absolutely phenomenal. Arranged for my Kuga to be delivered to me to test drive on roads that I knew. Put down a refundable 99 deposit and have no doubt that if Id of had a single issue with the car the deposit wouldve been back in my account as soon as Id asked. Car was better than described. Contact with Harry was phenomenal and when I had issues getting payment for my car I was selling, didnt put on any stress and said he would keep it for me as long as I needed. Luckily this wasnt required!! Will be recommending to all my friends whore after cars!

I rejected a vehicle back in February, they basically didnt accept my rejection but offer to buy the car back from me, I decided to cut my loses and went ahead and agreed to sell it back to them for 2700 and i paid for the car 4K, losing 1.3k and i drove the car for a week. Anyway i accept to sell it back to them and its May 7th and still havent got my money. I call every week, Ive called everyone, i keep getting excuses after excuses every time I ring. I dont know what else to do. 2.700 is a lot of money for me. PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY or at least give me the car back then, i believe at this point you have sold it again, i stupidly sent the paperwork as they requested it in order to pay me. This is so unacceptable. Its been 3 MONTHS. The guys keeps putting the phone down on me saying hes gonna sort it out. Called after sales who tried to help me and nothing, they couldnt do anything either, replied to a couple of my emails and called them yesterday and the manager said she couldnt do anything, it had to be sales. SALES doesnt do anything. If someone knows what else can i do to get my money, please HELP!

Tried to buy Alfa Romeo paid a deposit. Arrived with faults and no rear sensors as agreed. Returned car to central, told repairs and sensors will be done and redelivered on Tuesday 8 March 22. No show tried phoning email what's app no answer. Hopefully this review will get them to answer my questions. 15 03 2022 reply to central. The rear sensors were not fitted as agreed and there was massive scratches on the front windscreen which you agreed on return to polish out and fit the sensors. And return the car on the 8 March 2022., which you didn't, I phoned email and what's app with no reply or reason why the car was not delivered . I have no response or email from you to date. I have given you 7days to repay my monies and if not paid in full will be getting the assistant of the COUNTY COURT. I HAVE KEPT AND SAVED ALL THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN US AS EVIDENCE.S0 I would keep well away. WARNING
