I bought a Volvo from Zahir which was delivered to my home in Bournemouth within 48 hours. (For a better than fair rate too) The car is exactly as described and Im very happy. I had one hiccup with battery and Zahir was very reasonable and helped source the battery required to replace the faulty one and made a prompt contribution to its cost without quibble. Ill be 100% honest - I was worried about buying at a distance but neednt have been! Id recommend Swanz to anyone who will listen! Thanks Zahir!

Swanz sold me a car It cost me more to get it repaired than the car was worth and there gold warranty wasn't worth a xxxx Don't buy off this company

Be warned that a lot of reviews here do not match my experience. This was my first time buying a car from Birmingham, and lets say it was a big regret. Purchased a car and had a horrible experience. The car had so many issues which I had to pay out of my own pocket just because the owners were very rude. When reporting the issue they said to me why can't I fix it myself. The car had multiple problems from wiring, software and engine. They got a dodgy MOT done which should of clearly failed but didn't (I have evidence) Took it to a dealership and they noted a good amount of issues. Save your money and go else where. After buying the car, the experience dealing with them was abysmal. Once they have your money, they don't care. I spent so much fixing the car. With that he used Allah name as a selling tactics as we are muslims. Saying he does not sell unreable cars because Allah will punish him. The financial stress and mental this car has given. I can not forgive a person like this.
