These guys have something with everyone else needs to wait for them, no respect for others' time whatsoever. You call them - they don't pick up the phone, but call you back when is convenient for them, no matter that you drive on motorway at the moment and can't talk. I've pulled on side 3 times (!) to call them back, but they never picked up the phone! Then finally after sending a text and asking if they want to sell the car or not, they reply that oh, call me at any time! You agree to come down to see the car and drive for 2.5 hours with sending them messages when leaving home, while on way, including the requested "please write me 30 minutes before you arrive" and guess what? They closed the gate in front of me and simply left. When I called them asking what's going on, they simply asked to wait more. Waiting even more than the agreed time and guess what? You are right, they didn't turn up! Absolutely disgusting service, will never ever recommend to come even close to this so called dealer. Would give 0 stars, but not possible!!! P.S. By the way, try checking this company in GOV.UK by company number before dealing with them. After collecting some negative reviews it's just easier to re-open under new company name, right?

Was sold a car that had it's rear brakes seized, and a test drive was permitted but not in any situation where this could be discovered (i.e: it was four left turns with a maximum speed of about 20mph). When contacting them to say that this had happened and asking for some - not even all - of the cost of putting that right back, the individual on the phone claimed that the brakes should be "made of solid gold" for that price - which was not much (two sets of pads, two sets of rotors, and two calipers to replace the completely seized ones, plus a couple of hours of labour). I was then promised a call back "next week", and have now waited over six weeks with no contact. In addition, the airbag warning light on the dash had been drawn over with a marker, to hide the fact that the warning light was on. I would not purchase a car from here again under and circumstances, as I genuinely believe that they will put their customers and other individuals at risk to make a profit. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a given vehicle.

Utter shambles this place, rogue traders! Poorly ran, unprofessional Biggots that think theyre unstoppable. Karma will catch up in due course. They Should be ashamed. HIGHLY AVOID!
