5 Star experience from start to finish. Booked in my complimentary health check with Ash Perveen. Great communication, and did all she could to make sure the slot was booked in for timings that worked for me. Nothing was too much trouble. The technician Moheen Amir was very thorough with his check, and made a detailed video of my vehicle. Pointed out the potential defects. Superb service and advice from both the service advisor, and technician himself. Would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work guys.

Nice until you decide you don't want the car anymore, even though your not legally bound and no confirmation has been made. They tell you you can make the decision once the car arrives and If you decide you no longer want it, the smiles and the politeness goes out the window and your left to talk to a moody, awkward salesman.
