Shocking service, went Thursday morning to look at a car, was told to send photos over so we can part ex the old car and we asked to place deposit. Man told us to text on WhatsApp and then we can arrange the deposit. Told him we would come Friday morning to pay and pick car up. Got there and another woman wanted to buy the car which ended in us being told shes going to have it. Absolutely awful AVOID

Bought a puegot from these guys took home too days later loosing power took to there representive told diesel in car somehow no1 put it in car but nyway that got cleaned again same issue dodgy car sales now not even looking to sort car even thought the warranty and run out very sloppy an dodgy cowboys

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Avoid this dealer! Sold a car within 2 days had to go to a garage. Tried to contact to take back, was told don't waste my time as no one would be there, but they will gladly meet you to make a sale for other cars they are selling. Told them the diagnosis and was blocked. They have been reported to trading standards and will be taking it further. Clearly sell dodgy cars that aren't fit for purpose. After further investigation found numerous reviews under this name but the same owner all saying that they have had to take them to small claims court as they don't seem to take any accountability for anything and do not honour the consumers rights. Clearly have no regard for anyone's safety! They have 3 numbers and will try and give you any excuse possible to get out of rectifying the problem or having the cars back. They need shutting down but Clearly will just keep changing the name of the company. Be aware!!! Now 3 weeks after purchase I have a major oil leak which will also cost hundreds to put right. These con men are laughing! Reviews aren't being posted on Vehicle Solutions!!

I've brought a BMW from a garage called Veichle Solutions well I though. On my invoice I have this garage post code and address and on my bank statement I paid to a "platinum motors" had endless problems with the 8 thousand pounds car I purchased since 2 days after buying it . They have been so unprofessional ignoring me and refusing to refund my money . Stay away from those scammers . Non of my reviews would post on auto trader for unknown reason .I currently have been without a car for 2 months . It has been in 3 garages for diagnostics and in BMW main delete for the past 3 weeks . Spend nearly 1000 trying to fix the veichle but I've been told by BMW that the car has lots of faults with it like timing chain , turbo , oil leak and so on. Stay away from those people . The "gentleman" who sold me the veichle is called Ali Khan I believe but Im not sure as I can even manage to get there names as they're constantly lying on the phone about everything.
