Very helpful guy. Apparently very busy due to Covid lockdown. I went to enquire about a seat pad for a chair and recovering an old foot stool. However, told to come in early July!

Very disappointed. Promised to call back to let me know when he can carry out upholstery work but been a year...got them done elsewhere. Makes me think he doesn't want to do work for Asians.
