Update
I have had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 as things escalated during my latest assignment. Let me mention I have used nordictrans for many translations. My previous few translations have been delayed and they have said they sent it out on time yet I didn't get them. I let that slide its ok. My most recent request was for 3 pages of a university transcript which has subject and the score in numbers. The words to be translated is approx. 200 words per page which equates to thwir pricing of $20 per page and anything above 200 words is extra. However they are counting the numbers as a word each even though it is a number and doesn't need translating so basically they are charging approx extra $80 for bit of data input. I checked on their website and no mention of anything about numbers being counted as words. You would assume word count means words and not numbers. Anyways I spoke to Maryana who was very hostile towards me on the phone. I tried to explain the situation and she just spoke to me so rudely and told me this is how it is. It is obvious numbers are words. They also refusing to share the complaints procedure or emails of anyone. Unfortunate because they really did well in the past and I have stayed loyal. The staff needs to do a course into dealing with customers. I've left my previous review as to show how pleased I was with them before.
