From the first point of communication, we addressed everything we needed too, this included making both parties aware exactly what I am looking for, and their expectations if I was to succeed.
Mary helped me a lot, and even got me two opportunities, which led me to having two offers from both of them. Mary called me to tell me about the two offers as soon as they were on the table. As soon as I accepted an offer, the process into getting me to start on my first day was very quick.
