Happy to take your money but not happy to train and support. Being told "you should know that" when you ask a question is demoralising and makes you feel like you can't ask questions. Wasted almost 4000 5 days of being read to from regs book for 2391 but no preparation for the practical exam. Then receiving a voicemail from Rob saying if I want to apply for an extension I have to pay 550 and he isn't able to speak to me again until I pay! No communication, horrible attitude,disgusted with the way they have treated me. Will be taking this further.
