Javs 24 Hour Car Breakdown Recovery Service

Wonderful service. We'd returned to the airport parking after a week away to find the battery completely flat and NCP singularly unhelpful. Jav arrived within 15 minutes, got us started again, insisted on taking the wheel to manoeuvre us out of the car park while keeping the engine ticking over, gave advice on driving so as to minimise the chance of stalling, promised to come to our help again if we did stall and couldn't restart, and even phoned to make sure we arrived home ok. Jav was with his wife, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced too. Can't recommend them highly enough. Service: Battery

Had great service from Jav. Stuck in Birmingham Airport car park No 1 with a completely dead car and absolutely no help from NCP. Jav (and his super helpful wife) turned up within 20 minutes and did everything they could to get us moving. That included parking the truck outside (due to height restrictions) and pushing the car to its final rescue point! Lovely people, kind and competent. Good price and couldn't do enough to help us and make sure we got home. Thank you both.
