Some good hotels and offers but range of accomodation is too narrow

Long Travel helped me organise a cruise to Croatia this Summer, they provide excellent customer service throughout. We had a wonderful holiday and are looking forward to a summer 2020 holiday with Long Travel. Thank you.

We have been extremely disappointed with the unresponsiveness of our agent, Paul Bright. He keeps disappearing for periods. I reached out to him on October 31st requesting information concerning an extension of our Sicily holiday to include a week in the Naples area. Despite numerous follow up emails from me, I never heard back. Today is November 26th.
