Replaced a large tiled floor in the kitchen dining area. Job was planned well. The staff laying the tiles were considerate of working in our home and minimised disruption. The job they completed was top quality going the extra mile to also remove, sand, refit and repaint all the skirting boards. Really pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Thank you

Avoid... Booked in 2 weeks on advance and didn't show up despite calls and emails chasing them on the day. Took my last day on annual leave to accommodate only to be let down. Awful service so if Bellway contact you suggesting that this company will be used demand they use an alternative reliable contractor..... Other reviews also had the same issue so wish I'd of done my research.

Forgot to book me in on my one day off in the week and was left for 3 hours waiting for them to arrive. Folloing a call they assured me their contractor was going to arrive 09:00 the following Monday and it still took until 11:00 for them to arrive after two phone calls to Bellway care, as the company phone number just rang out. Once the contractor arrived, he never even had the correct tile to replace the one that needed replacing. Would not recommend.
