Here we go, The registration went really smooth to be honest and Dave was of great help and supportive, however, once I got hired and started working all the communication stopped and nobody is answering my emails regarding my online portal/payslips. I had to call them and ask for support as I am working, getting paid but no access to my payslips nor receiving them at my home address. A nice lady answered my call and explained what I should do next. I can understand how the agency works and that I will not be treated as a "proper employee" but still, I'm working on their behalf and at least we should receive the bare minimum on time. Hope this will be a constructive review and assure that new employees receive full support, especially after they start generating income for the agency. I still have to give thanks to Dave for getting me a job so quick (need to be fair).

I was working on DHL site in Hams Hall on a Jaguar/Land Rover contract through The Best Connection its the best agency to work for they look after their staff all checking on their staff if i need anything and if i was happy were i was working there was always in house support my wages were paid on time never wrong and my holidays as well was always right and was up date my the in house staff. I will recommend The Best Connection agency to my friends and family
