Very poor customer service and aftercare when I upgraded my device there was never any mention that I was not dealing with EE directly but an associated partner I received an incorrect phone and for the last three weeks I have been waiting for this to be resolved.

Big Con avoid at all costs!!!! Would give zero if I could. Ordered the new IPhone 11, order details confirmed IPhone 11 ordered via EE. Phone came was the Iphone XR. No paperwork with phone, good job we checked before opening. When we rang them, informed they shipped wrong phone by mistake and would send out a new IPhone11 and collect the XR on same day. Courier collected XR but did not deliver Iphone 11. Spoke to customer service again and they said we never ordered IPhone 11 and ordered the XR, even though I have an order conformation to prove it. Also they did not have the Iphone 11 in stock. Spoke to EE and they also confirmed that voice mobile had placed the order for a XR and not Iphone 11. They are con men avoid at all costs.

Received a samsung S10 sent it back cause nobody could hear me during calls was was told it would take around a week to test the phone so I said cancel it as that's to long and I need a phone was told ok it will go through cancellation once received So I took out another handset elsewhere then over a week later I get a call saying there's no fault been found and the phone will be sent back to me I said I was going back to be cancelled then I was told th as it's not possible after being told it was ok so now waiting for a conference call to listen on the previous call where I was told I can cancel Stay clear of this company
