The Telemarketing and Lead Generation training I attended online was much more than I expected, It was concise and flowed from start to finish, I was surprised to see how quickly 90 mins came and went. I took a lot of notes and reviewing them after I was surprised how much rich content we covered. How to get to speak to the right person and confidently make appointments a well as asking all the right questions to build up a proper profile were well covered. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to get into or already in the business of Telemarketing.

Myself and my team went on the training with Smart lead marketing, Trevor was amazing and really broke down the importance of engagement and getting the right information out of every phone call. The training was informative and gave my team more confidence in making calls, I would highly recommend the session if you are looking to get more out of those sales calls.
