        I would like to compliment Midland Telecom on their telephone engineer by the name of Ian Riley. He has serviced our telephones at No8 Barrister Chambers in Birmingham for an excess of twenty years. He has given perfect satisfaction in every respect being industrious, technically talented and perfectly trustworthy. He is the 'Poster Boy' for Midland Telecom. We would have no problem in recommending him to any other company. I would suggest to Midland Telecom they give him a big pay rise and Directorship. We have only stayed with the company for all these years because of the wonderful service he has given us.

        We have had our landlines with Midland Telecom for a few years now and we have have now moved our mobiles to them as well. Great service and great savings. Thanks to Steve Morris for sorting this out. I didn't even have to lift a finger. Definitely recommend.

        After a very average start a change of account manger has helped to improve the levels of service significantly. Have renewed for another 2-year contract.
