Brilliant service and very reasonable rates. Our engineer Jamie has been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout. If you constantly rely on your phone system and have a problem, call these first.

I manage a very busy NHS Dental Practice, unfortunately, our phone system completely broke yesterday afternoon due to a power failure not ideal at all. I contacted Helpdesk Communications straight away and they couldn't have been any more helpful. They quoted me for a brand new system which was a fraction of the cost in comparison to our usual company. They have been out today, fitted us with a brand new phone system and the engineer was extremely efficient. 5 star service, Thank you so much for all your help.

HelpDesk have been very helpful after we were left high and dry when our previous provider unexpectedly went into administration. Their professionalism and knowledge was made all the better by their simple approach-ability. They've rescued what could easily have become a crisis for us. We've been so impressed with their help that we're going a step further this year and getting them in to overhaul the whole system. Since we offer service coverage for white goods in the whole of the UK and also in Ireland this is no small task but I have faith in HelpDesk to deliver the goods!
