        I run a small law firm; we bought a Panasonic phone system about 5 years ago and after we moved office, it needed to be reconfigured through our patch panel. I had no idea how to do this and the company who supplied it wouldn't help because they didn't move it (wasn't difficult - unplug the leads, unplug the system, detach from wall and off we go). I found Telephone Engineer through Google. I called and they could not have been more helpful. The engineer turned up on time; he was polite and helpful and it took him all of about 20 minutes to connect the phones and work out the two bugs that had resulted from the move. Better still, he gave me information about how to do simple things like update the time. The charge was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them. I wish every company understood what "customer service" really means - this one does. Thanks Guys.
