Had a new driver new to area/company I have the same taxi same price 4 times a day costing me 5 pound a time he tried to demand 8 for the exact same journey then proceeds to call me a tramp and told me to get out his f**king car after I said its only usually 5 thats all Ive got on me what it was as thats all I ever pay all this I front of my child who we had just picked up from his special needs school resulting in my son being petrified and me having to take 2 full hours to settle him after. Company useless and manager dont care will not ever use again yellow cars can have my custom AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The taxi was over 20 minutes late to start with which I could accept given there was some traffic with coaches and other taxis picking up other guests from the same wedding. However, to make matters worse, the taxi then stopped during the journey to get petrol with the driver announcing that he didn't have a card to pay and asking me to pay for his petrol with my card. Given that I had booked the journey in advance that morning, I was quite shocked that the driver hadn't foreseen that he would need petrol before picking me up. As a female travelling on their own after midnight, I also didn't appreciate being put in a situation where I felt I had little other choice than to get out of the car at a quiet, unmanned petrol station and having to pay at the pump. I'm not quite sure what the driver would have done if I'd not had my debit card with me!

Had to keep calling to check progress of driver. Wouldn't have minded being told originally they would take over 25 minutes when they had said 15. But be warned - the 07093 number I found online is NOT a mobile but a personal numbering service number that cost me 1 each time I called to check progress. Add that to the already overpriced journey - reckon I would have saved 20% with any other company and Uber.

Terrible, can't be trusted to make a booking. Called to make a booking for 8am the next day. Cab didn't show, called and told there was no record of my booking and now they can't help! Useless, avoid.
