Roundabout Cars

Today I got a taxi from this company at 4:54 Ive never had any issues or problems from them before there driver RAJA locked me in his car demanding I leave my phone an bag in his car I said no Ive paid you now please let me out he said no tried to grab my phone I said unlock the door then he threatened to come back to my property later on the night ! The company was then contacted about this they still havent sorted it they said it take 2-3 working days to sort this out was extremely rude to us when we said about what had happened shouting an stuff down the phone cut it off they want bothered at all I have contacted police because of this

Terrible. Left me in the rain and didn't even call to let me know they didn't have a driver. Don't use them!

AVOID !!!!! If you want to be messed around use this shower!!!! Booked a taxi today 8th September 2022 @ 11.50am obviously it did not turn up I then get a call at 12.02 to say they have no drivers available hahaha even though there automated answer call said it was on its way. I missed a very important meeting and lost the contract. Thanks Roundabout hopefully you go out of business cos nobody will use you anymore by the time I have finished advertising your useless business !!

What terrible customer care!! Saturday night our friends ordered a taxi from Rubery to Burcot via a pick up in catshill at 7.00 pm with a return at 11.00pm. The first taxi was 15 minutes late (but a least it showed up!) the return taxi didnt come at all!! We were stood outside waiting for it from 10.55 until 12.00 when after several phone calls and promises that a car was on its way we finally gave up. We will never use this outfit again and certainly wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!
