TOA Taxis Birmingham

The worst taxi service I have ever received. Called in the afternoon to book a wheelchair taxi for a certain time and booking was accepted for this time. The agreed time came and no taxi arrived after waiting 15 minutes I called to see when they would arrive they informed me the taxi had not been dispatched and could not let me know a time.. even though the taxi was previously booked. No apologies no information, nothing. The taxi was for my nan an elderly lady in a wheel chair. They said they would call back, 2 hours later we received a call 2 hours later. For a taxi that was booked and agreed for in advance.. Never again will I be using this service

Used this taxi company from Hilton to airport in Birmingham, driver so unhelpful! Never even said hello ! Never helped with luggage, just sat in drivers seat! Then charged 23 ! complaint going to Hilton hotel as this company is not to a standard that the Hilton should be associated with.

I booked a taxi for 7, 30 today in the morning, but no one taxi came, and when I call the company they said there is traffic... So is ridiculous, that's why I booked a taxi..

Absolutely shocking, when you ring to book as need transport for our wheelchair users in my care home you're told wait and see if 1 turns up, hours later no taxi. This is not the first time, appointments cancelled that we've waited a long time for, we haven't been able to book trips to town or panto or anything anymore as these are so unreliable. Literally the only way to get one is at a taxi rank so it's the less able who are missing out.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful! Kept us waiting over two hours for a taxi before we ended giving our custom to another firm. Absolute bunch of amateurs who shouldn't be in business! Customer Service is awful as well! Avoid this firm of cowboys!
