Ambassador Cars

Booked taxi night before for an early pick up, which it appears Ambassador completely forgot about. They questioned if I was sure I'd booked the taxi, and then sent out another cab which arrived 15 minutes later than the original time. The cab journey must have been the unnecessarily slowest journey to New Street station I've ever experienced. I'm now going to miss a meeting at a client site in London. I'm really disappointed and would give a negative stars if possible.

Excellent service from ambassador some lovely drivers but you always get the one who spoils it when a problem occurs it should be sorted properly and not by the receptionist who made it look trivial like it didnt matter some excellent drivers though been using ambassadors for years

No fuss, arrived when they said they would and the driver was great. Reasonable price so no hesitation to recommend them

Genuine authentic actual taxi firm, left my phone in the cab and the driver came back without hesitation just to do the right thing (I tipped him but wasn't expecting it)
