RACIST DRIVERS!! I ordered this journey for my mum to take our dog to the vets, shes just came home mortified from her journey with elite. The driver made derogatory comments made right throughout the journey towards asians and ramadan. Talking about asians attacking the police on Coventry road during the riots. Having to pay extra towards taxi fees. And since the Asians have taking over the main taxi firms (one that he worked at) so he left. Lots of comments the whole entire journey. Very racist but lovely to my mum (who is white so assumed she felt the same). At the end of the journey my mum made a polite comment indicating that in future he should consider the fact that not everyone will share the same viewpoint on the Muslim community and celebrations. My partner is muslim and I'm extremely disappointed and angry to hear that my mum had to sit through this !! If I had known i would not of paid for this journey! She was already distressed as she was taking our dog to the vets then had to sit and listen to this disgusting vile man too!! Needless to say, I will not be using them ever again.

I phoned a taxi, I got a taxi. Prompt service and the driver happened to be very sociable. Would I recommend ....O' course I would. Elite cars keep up the great work, much appreciated
