After comparing all the surveyors we had researched, we decided to go with Nigel who without a doubt delivered a great service and detailed report. I decided to use Nigel Evans when I was purchasing my new house, as I had been impressed with the approach he took when carrying out a survey on behalf of the purchasers of my previous house. Once instructed, he promised to provide the written report within 48 hours and did so. It was comprehensive, informative and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
