Modality Circumcision Service

On arrival, the surgery was behind on their appointments, therefore there was a delay in waiting, also the receptionists were quite confused in what they were doing and had a mix up with names of patients. However, the overall circumcision procedure done by Dr Shafi was professional and assuring, the assistant was also a lovely woman. Recommended to all.

I took my son for his circumcision at just under 6 weeks of age I felt apprehensive as he was my first child and I didnt know what to expect Dr Shafi and the rest of the clinic team were so good at explaining the procedure and what to expect My little one didnt real cry throughout the procedure Dr Shafi was kind and considerate throughout and explained the after care procedure thoroughly . At day 5 when the ring came off I was over worrying about how it was healing, I remembered Dr Shafi said if I had any concerns I could email the team and they would get back to me, the communication was fantastic and settled my anxiety with a professional, kind and caring response Im really glad I chose to come to modality, I was new to walsall and the reviews really shone out to me and the care provided here was fantastic Thank you to all the team members and to Dr Shafi for keeping my anxiety at bay

There is no aftercare,left msg but no one responded left msg on webpage no response back,my son started bleeding heavilly,and now has a large bloodclot.Be trying everyway to contact someone at modality without success,very poor service,very disapointed,i don't recomend modality to anyone very bad service.
