Never ever ever have appointments, you call from 8:30 you on hold or they dont answer till 10:30 and say they have no appointments. They need to make more spaces open

One star given for customer service as its nigh on impossible to contact the practice and now they have disabled the online consultations so you cant even speak to a doctor. Utter shambles, and I have to pay for the pleasure of this service. If you get seen then the service is good and i'll give it 4 stars. But thats only if you are able to be seen. On the website they advise you to call 111 (and when you do they take over an hour to answer as well) or you could go to A&E and clog up the hospitals with non emergencies. Fantastic service. Thankyou Shah Zaman for doing nothing to actually help people in need

This is completely out of order I shouldnt have to call nearly 70 times to be told that the surgery is still closed when its clearly not and then to be told the lines disabled and to hang up, how do you people expect anyone to get help if you cant even answer your phones!!!

I was really reluctant in changing my docs surgery. As I had the same doctor since birth but I can most definitely say the staff, nurses and doctors are amazing. Sky, Dr Zaman, Tracy and Carline are ever so helpful xx very welcoming and always going the extra mile to help x
