Asda Bordesley Green Supermarket

Really unhappy with the service. I went to collect my click and collect order but staff refused to hand it over as they wanted id. I didnt have my card on me at the time but I showed them photo evidence plus Apple Pay! I gave them my order number and QR code but they still refused to hand it over! Ive then gone back to store a few days later to collect my parcel with my card but got told that the system states my parcel has been collected! They apologised and said I now have to phone up customer service. I then had the long ordeal of contacting George to retrieve my parcel. One unhappy customer!

All the staff I nice and friendly apart from one girl who is very rude my mum went two times in her work uniform and asked for a blue light card discount which shes entitled to and that girl was talking in a rude way and still asked for ID which my mum obviously showed but because she didnt have her work card with her she showed her licence and she goes oh I cant do it when she could clearly see the uniform with company logo on then a few weeks later my mum went today and she done the exact same thing again this time when my mum spoke up and said what are you doing? she stropped off and then after my mum told the manager whats going ok she came back in more of a mood without doing the discount so instead my mum had to go to another member of staff to get served and shes out of even going to the store when though its out local store. It only takes one rude person to put customers off.
