Came in here today to get some flowers for the crem and I just want to say a big shout out to dave & Matt who went out of there way to find me a flower card as my husband asked 3 other people but didn't want to help they went out the back and still carried on looking on the floral department thx again for your help it meant alot to us

Unfortunately not as good as it should be shelves not stocked like they used to be and it seems you always have to queue for far to long but on a good note Staff are very helpful and friendly yes it's always been very friendly the shop floor staff are brilliant parking is good and easy

Visited today 28th April 23 and wish I hadn't. Only went to use the dry cleaners. One item was refused. Went to pay for other item and my debit card would not work, neither would my husband's. The assistant said 'well ten other people had no problem ". This really embarrassed us. We felt like criminals. My husband paid in cash. Found out later internet banking was down so we were just very unlucky and other customers were not. We decided to have breakfast. Could not find any menus; the bar codes did not work. We tried to use our cards again to no avail. Thank you Barclays!. The breakfast was horrible with cremated Sausages. I didn't want the tomatoes or hash browns so asked for an extra egg instead. This was refused. Won't be going ever again. Tried so many times. Staff were miserable.
