The lady on the counter was very rude. I went in to return a parcel, which was supposed to be a no print return. She argued with me about needing a printed label and when I showed her the email which said I didnt need a label, she said I needed to print it off from the tablet in the store. Bear in mind this was the first time Ive ever been in the store. The email mentioned all I needed to do was show the label to the person on the counter and they would do the rest. Very very bad customer service.
