This place is absolutely disgusting! Charging an extra 50p on each swift transaction to cover their electricity. The government at this moment in time is providing an allowance to help cover electricity until next year. So why is this shop wanting members of the public to pay for their electric bill when they have their own electricity bills to pay. Maybe this shop doesnt need the allowance like everyone else does from the government. Avoid this shop unless you want to get ripped off. Get your swift cards elsewhere!

Trading standards have been informed because you sold my wife an Elfbar that was faulty. I have notified Elfbar directly alsoconsumer rights we are entitled to a refund for faulty goods which is not our mistake
