I am so pleased with JK Consultancy . I needed a downstairs room and en-suite bathroom. The alternative was a chair lift which I really did not prefer. Both planning and building regulations drawings were submitted and approved . I have peace of mind that it was all properly done . There were no corners cut and the service provided was professional and of high standard. Thank you I would definitely recommend you.

I dont usually leave reviews but Ive been moved to write this one. I would highly recommend JT and Arty for their help and advice in all my projects. Their experience, knowledge and connections in the industry are absolutely invaluable. JT is not only an architect but also a structural engineer which gives him a more deeper understanding and allows great possibilities on any projects. He has also saved me a lot of money by writing heritage statements and flood reports for my Dental practice which otherwise would have cost me thousands. They liaise with the council in a very efficient proffessional manner to keep the project moving forward. Both JT and Arty are the most humble people that any would love to work with.
