Sent an email for a quote on some structural survey to some exiting drawings I had done so was asked to send in the drawings and I got the following reply to my email. I contracted with HBC for a specific structural survey on a property which I was purchasing. Marcel attended the property promptly and produced a comprehensive report and instructed one of his preferred contractors to quote for the work he recommended. Unfortunately the purchase fell through, but Marcel's report provided me with expert knowledge very quickly. I would recommend using HBC

Marcel just carried out a structural report on my home I'm about to purchase. The service provided was excellent, from initial quote through to getting the report sent over. Turnaround time was very fast, price was very competitive. The report itself was very detailed with numerous clear photos and explained in a simple and easy to understand fashion. Very happy!
