When I was ready to empty my storage unit they did the same in reverse. Fast, friendly and courteous service.
Only disappointments were: the lack of care when removing items initially - dragging a washing machine across lino floor is never a good idea, several parts were ripped and there appeared to be a blaz attitude about it, one of the guys did offer to glue it back but it couldn't do it at that time due to having a very bad knee (which was strapped). Then whilst filling the storage unit, one of my boxes split - but was placed at the back with everything else in front of it so I couldn't access it to replace items into new box. Minor, but irksome things IMO.
It was seemingly a challenge to rebook them to empty the storage unit as they have a pretty full diary and kinda felt like I had to work around their schedule as if the service was free. However, got there in the end and had no issues emptying the storage unit and no issue unloading.
There appeared to be some confusion as Bacs details hadn't been provided, but was quickly solved and all paid up.
Overall a good service, but they could probably imporove level of service by not rushing so much (it's obvious they have several jobs on and want to get things done quickly - which is perhaps why some mistakes happen).
