I cannot recommend this company enough. I had an emergency situation where I literally called Space Station Solihull on Monday and they use this company Transporter Removals and had to leave my private property officially on the Thursday of that week. I was in an emotional state with everything and Transporter Removals booked me in for that Wednesday and arrived before the 9am start time and moved my studio flat sized items with ease and stress free. They took my items direct to Space Station Solihull and placed and locked them in a locker that I had not even physically seen such a great service. I then has my items in storage for two weeks until my new flat was ready to receive me and on the day of moving Transport Removals then went to Space Station and moved all my items from the lock up storage and even had a diversion where they collected my large oak dining table from my Father's home enroute. Transport Removals then moved all my items into my new home with a such a calm and stress free professionalism and friendliness. I recommend this family run company with virtue and from the telephone communication to the moving all top notch especially being my very first experience of hiring a removal company.

Good experience with these guys. Fast, friendly and efficient service from start to finish. They collected all of my belongings and packed them into my storage unit. When I was ready to empty my storage unit they did the same in reverse. Fast, friendly and courteous service. Only disappointments were: the lack of care when removing items initially - dragging a washing machine across lino floor is never a good idea, several parts were ripped and there appeared to be a blaz attitude about it, one of the guys did offer to glue it back but it couldn't do it at that time due to having a very bad knee (which was strapped). Then whilst filling the storage unit, one of my boxes split - but was placed at the back with everything else in front of it so I couldn't access it to replace items into new box. Minor, but irksome things IMO. It was seemingly a challenge to rebook them to empty the storage unit as they have a pretty full diary and kinda felt like I had to work around their schedule as if the service was free. However, got there in the end and had no issues emptying the storage unit and no issue unloading. There appeared to be some confusion as Bacs details hadn't been provided, but was quickly solved and all paid up. Overall a good service, but they could probably imporove level of service by not rushing so much (it's obvious they have several jobs on and want to get things done quickly - which is perhaps why some mistakes happen).
