First time it was busy and second time it was not. I worked in this industry and know how things can get hectic, but you need to pay better attention to your guests and give them heads up if something will take longer time. Second time I asked for a check and my waitress disappeared for good 15min and was nowhere in sight. I couldnt wait any longer and got up to go to the hostess to pay my bill only to find my waitress dealing with the payment system. Apparently it didnt work, but she could have come back to give me heads up about the delay, so I dont sit there thinking Ive been ignored. All in all - take better care of your guests, put yourself in their place, and all will be better.
