        I messaged Qasim late Thursday evening as I was having excruciating lower back pain and he replied very quickly and booked me an appointment for an assessment on Saturday morning. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He massaged my back, did acupuncture, stretched it and gave me a set of exercises to do. Have felt a massive improvement after just one session. Will be going back to him and can't recommend him enough If you are suffering from any backpain give Optimum Physio a call
