I have benefitted from Adrian's services over several years. I highly recommend Adrian because he has very good knowledge about the musculoskeletal system, posture and stretches to help resolve musculoskeletal issues.

Ive been suffering for many years with severe headaches shoulder, back and full body muscular pain. I booked an appointment with Adrian, he responded very quickly. Parking my car was easy and free. My consultation was very thorough and informative. Adrian is a professional, empathetic, pleasant and kind therapist. He really worked in to my problem areas targeting muscles, knots and built up tension. Im feeling looser and im hopeful I will fully recover from my long standing musculoskeletal issues. He also advised of aftercare and activities I can do to help myself. Ive had many treatments from different practitioners but this is one of the best treatments Ive had as Adrian really understands the anatomy and targets problem areas very thoroughly. Adrian is very professional. He helped me with my back pain and even recommended stretching exercises for me to do at home.
