Sam Really knows what he's doing but really needs a booking tool such as booksy as its almost impossible to book a appointment with you when you buy a package.

I have cancelled my Voucher from Groupon and received a full refund. Tried several times to make an appointment via calls and text message. I am disappointed with the place and their lack of communication with customers:-(

I bought a Groupon voucher for a one hour massage and was really excited for it (as I have been having trouble with my back for a few months)! When I came to book the massage (11/10), I rang the number provided which went straight to voicemail. I then received an automated text immediately afterwards which I replied to and did not get a reply for. I then rang again the following day (12/10), for the call not to be answered and I received another automated message and then a text asking me which days and times suit me. A few messages back and forth and I couldnt book the date I wanted, so I sent a text (21/10) and gave 3 dates and asked if they had any availability and received no response. I text again (25/10) asking if they had any availability for the week, to which they then did eventually respond but asking me what time was best. I then never bothered to reply as I knew I didnt want to continue with this massage. I then contacted Groupon who were amazingly helpful and I received a full refund. It wasnt until I read some of the reviews that I realised that this is a reoccurring problem with having no response / minimal response from SP-one. Ive never dealt with a company that is this bad at responding to customers before. Just from this experience, I definitely wouldnt recommend!

Didnt get a massage, due to lack of communication. No answering via phone calls or responding to texts. They might as well take the offer down on Groupon, Ive seen people have had similar issues. Ive cancelled my voucher and been refunded by Groupon, wont bother again.
